Today is a very eventful day in my opinion.

Firstly, we have our 2.4km run in the morning right before PE lesson! I was feeling a bit tired and did not expect the run to turn out well, but in the end I manage to get an A for my 2.4! Consider my size and weight, this is actually a proud achievement! After my run, I sat down at the bridge to watch as my classmates come in and complete the run, it all turned out well as no one had failed the run. As I make my way in back to school, I noticed that Geelyn was held by alot of girls as they are making an effort to walk her in. I thought it was only a simple stomach cramp and did not take much notice. However after a short drink, as I make my way to the basketball court, I realised Geelyn was lying down on the floor and clutching her abdomen. I finally realised that it was not a simple stomach cramp, it was severe stitches at the abdomen! Geelyn was then carried to the sick bay and nursed there as we continued our PE lesson. Hope you're better Geelyn!

Secondly, there is a articulating game coming up and all the express classes will be competing against each other for the best Articulator.(is there such a word?!) We had a simple trial today and I picked 'Alice in Wonderland' as my topic. As I don't know much about Alice in Wonderland, I simply said, "It is a fairy tale that involves a girl chancing upon a place of ***" As I don't know how to substitute the word 'Wonder', I drew a circle in the air with my hands and pretend to look awed! Urgh, embarassed myself in front of the class...

And lastly and the most importantly, band practice. It has been observed that the discipline and the attitude of the band is slowly decreasing. After the 2006 band competition, where our secondary 4 seniors left us, it can be noticed that the band members, even I myself, are slacking slightly when it comes to marching. On top of that, Fan Wei and Vivien made an announcement that people actually used band practice as an excuse to not do their homework! Well I hope that the band(as well as myself obviously) will change this and give in their full to every practice.

Speaking of homework, I happened to look right at the corner of the table, and a pathetic sight greeted me:

-EMaths textbook
-*AMaths textbook*
-*Literature booklet and 'Fahrenheit 451'*
-Biology worksheets
-Chemistry notes and worksheets
-A pile of papers left untidy

Even if I am allowed to play o2jam tonight, I can't play as those I have highlighted in * really need to be done by today. Procrastination rules as the o2jam window I opened earlier has not been closed...

Once again, after my blind talk, I really hope that I will slowly develop the mindset to stop gaming and concentrate more on my studies and CCA. Share and enjoy!
