Wow, for the first time, I actually feel uncomfortable WITH the internet back, even though two days have already passed. My fingers are all tired out by the 3 hours work-out in o2jam and I don't think I am improving at all! Well, today's the last day I am going to play, mid-year exams are coming!!!

Monday:
Shao Hua and Wayne came to my house to play. Wayne is more interested in cards while Shao Hua(obviously) o2jam. I on my computer as usual and double-clicked the o2jam shortcut... No effect and loading takes place. My eyes zoom towards the modem and then found out that the internet connections are not connected. The modem is still stuck at the DSL connection. Shao Hua tried to make some adjustments to the CPU, hoping it is the connection of wires that's causing the problem while I check the home telephones. After 1 hour 30 minutes have passed, they went home after nothing... My mum came back home after that and checked the modem... and then confirmed with me that the modem is spoilt...


My mother actually liked the idea of having no internet for the start of the week as no more 'noise of that stupid o2'. When I ask her to get a technician to repair or buy a new modem, she simply answered: no

Tuesday was Samuel's Birthday and things got happier in school. Something funny happened in Chemistry practical when Samuel meddled with the distilled water.

Mr. Mathew Lim: Hey! Samuel! Stand up!

Samuel stood up

Mr. Mathew Lim: Why are you playing with the distilled water?

No response from Samuel

Mr. Mathew Lim: How old are you? 5?

Leon or Aloysius: He just turned 15 today!

Haha, band was cancelled that day to award us with our 'spectacular' and 'excellent' performance during Sport's Day. No internet...

Wednesday has nothing worth mentioning except that mum finally called the technician to be here at Friday to check the system. Thursday is also cold...

Friday: Finally the technician is here to check the system, and confirmed the fact that the modem IS SPOILT. That very day, my mum followed him to the shop and exchanged the modem under warranty!(wondered what happened during the trip:p) Finally the modem is installed on Friday night and I am able to use the computer!!!

Tomorrow is the English paper... I think I need to go to school earlier as my books and stuff are still underneath my desk... MISS SINGAPORE UNIVERSE 2007!!!
