Got my own laptop!!!
Instead of constantly updating myself of studies so far, why don't I concentrate on how to slim down as much as possible before NAPFA, which is around end of April... O_o
1) Eat an apple for a snack!
2) Skip dinner if possible
3) Sleep earlier
It's surprising that sleeping early actually can help you to slim down much faster. Apparently sleeping uses up more energy than sitting in front of your computer/laptop throughout the night...
Random post... I really wished that I have photographic memory... Wishful thinking...
