Black, White and a tinge of Grey - Unexplained Point of Relaxation
Yo people I am back!
Watched Avatar with Wayne, Shao Hua, Xin Hao and Jia Qi today. We went all the way to the Golden Village at Marina Centre to watch this epic movie. Since I have nothing better to do right now - ok in fact I'm supposed to be revising - I shall blog about the movie "Avatar"

Ah, whatever. You guys are going to read on anyway if you are actually interested. Ok so let me give you the ratings for this movie:
Graphics: 9 / 10
Storyline: 5 / 10
Overall effectiveness : 7 / 10
So the storyline is about this guy who have exactly the same genome as his brother, who is a top scientist if I remember it correctly. His name is Jake Sully and he is unable to walk like a normal human. He was selected for this avatar project at planet Pandora. Within Pandora and the people indigenous to it, there is this greyish element worth 20 million dollars per kilogram hidden underneath one huge ass tree that all the selfish scientists who have already set foot on this planet want to devour. Jake's goal, together with minor characters Grace and Norman, are supposed to get close to this population in the planet so as to persuade them to leave their habitat and leave the place clear for the scientists to grab the element. In the end, Jake fell in love with the daughter of the Tribe leader guarding that huge ass tree and he crossed the line by helping her defend against the human race, simply referred to as "Sky people" by the indigenous in Pandora. The leader of the tribe got furious and forbid Jake from ever sinking into his avatar ever again. He then attempted to get to the element by force. Jake told his crush the truth and the girl asked him to leave after wailing like a bitch, but he didn't give up and soon he was betraying the human race by running away with his "minions" and continuing to help the indigenous. Soon all the army was deployed and there was one huge war among the Earthlings and the indigenous of Pandora, specifically Aircrafts and Technology Vs Giant Pterodactyls and Rhino-like creatures. After an intense struggle, Jake and the indigenous won and the movie ends when Jake's entire soul is transferred from his disabled body into the avatar, and living with his girlfriend there forever.
So let's talk about the graphics. The graphics overall are excellent as there is this nuance that creators of the movie have used to make the creatures on Pandora so lifelike and natural, not to forget the epic battle between the human race and the people on Pandora. Every such scene is able to keep your eyes glued to the screen. The creators of the movie have indeed spent the past 13 years effectively by making this movie a success.
The storyline however is pretty much cliche. Obviously the plan to let Jake persuade the indigenous to leave their habitat is going to be flawed by Jake falling in love with one of them. The communication and the actors' lines and even the plot towards the end are very predictable. Overall a good movie though! Watch it!
After the movie, the 5 of us were walking towards the bus stop to take 960 home and it is all the way at the end of the building. As I was walking at the front I turned around to talk to Wayne and Xin Hao and so on and of course I do not realise there was this couple walking right in front of me. To let you visualize better I made a lousy drawing on it.
In the end, when I turn back to face the front, usually my hand will involuntarily be raised up and, you guessed it, I literally hit the girl's breasts. They are pretty firm too. O.o
(As you can see the drawings do not match... Ah who cares? XD)
Of course my first reaction was to apologise and hope that I wouldn't have to receive a wallop from her boyfriend, but as I walked away from the scene I couldn't help but think of 3 things.
1) Why must that lame woman walk so close to me to allow her chest to be smacked by a complete stranger?
2) If you know that I am not looking your way, at least GET OUT of the way?
3) The boyfriend would be so pissed that he would not be the only one to enjoy his girlfriend's boobs.
Nah... Before you all start talking behind my back about my "luckiness", the girlfriend is not even sexy in the first place. So... if you mean lucky as in not getting a wallop from her boyfriend... then yeah.
Ok, only 20 days left for me to study and consolidate my J1 work and I still have a Leon's JC class chalet to crash. Hopefully I pulled through and embrace next year with gusto! LOL! Seeya guys!
